About

Hi, I'm Kit.

Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern · FL #IMH28749

I was born and raised in South Florida—so this community isn't just where I practice, it's home. Helping others has always felt like my calling, and I genuinely love getting to do this work every day.

I'm also a therapist who has sat on the other side of the couch. I know what it's like to navigate life's struggles, to wonder what the next best move is, and how heavy it can feel to carry everything on your own. Taking that first step toward asking for support? That's one of the bravest things you can do—and the fact that you're here is already a great start.

My approach is all about building a real relationship first. I want our sessions to feel safe, honest, and completely free of judgment, so you can show up exactly as you are—messy, unsure, in-progress, all of it.

Together, we'll slow things down, untangle what's weighing on you, and help you feel more supported, more grounded, and more like yourself again. You don't have to do this alone.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services. FAQ

Good questions to ask

Do you take insurance?
I'm currently a private-pay practice and do not accept insurance. Payment is due at the time of each session. I can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement—just ask and I'll send one your way.
How long will I be in therapy?
Therapy is open-ended and collaborative. Some people stay for a few weeks, some for a few months, and some longer—it's tailored to your individual needs and what you're hoping to work through.
Are sessions virtual or in person?
Sessions are held virtually, so you can meet from wherever feels most comfortable—your home, your car on a lunch break, or anywhere private and quiet. If meeting at home works better and you're in the area, we can discuss options.
